a) Right of access

b) Right of Correction

You have the right to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data, without undue delay, as well as, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration. Also for this purpose, we ask you to notify the Data Controller, using the contact details indicated in this notice, of any changes and/or updates to your personal data processed in accordance with this notice.

c) Right of cancellation

You also have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data, without undue delay, if one of the following reasons applies: (i) the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; (ii) the data is unlawfully processed; (iii) the consent on the basis of which the Data Controller was entitled to process the data has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the Data Controller to process your personal data; (iv) the data subject has objected to the processing activity and there is no overriding legitimate reason; (v) the data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation. The Data Controller has, however, the right to opt out of the exercise of the aforementioned rights of erasure if the right to freedom of expression and information prevails or in order to exercise a legal obligation or to defend its own rights in court.

d) Right to the limitation of processing

You have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format your personal data provided to the Network of Companies and processed by it on the basis of your consent or in the context of the performance of the contract, as well as the right to transmit and/or have such data transmitted to another Data Controller without hindrance.

f) Right to objection

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller. This is without prejudice to the possibility for the Data Controller to continue the processing by demonstrating the existence of compelling legitimate reasons that override your interests, rights and freedoms.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial recourse, you are also granted the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy: the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you consider that your data protection rights have been infringed.
